From The Path, Song 6 of 6
The Noise
The Noise closes the EP with a quiet reflection on experience, change and perspective.
The song is not about rejecting the world or escaping from it.
It is about understanding it differently after life has tested you.
Young hearts still run toward noise, movement and intensity, believing they must be loud to leave a mark behind.
But experience changes people.
Loss, mistakes, conflict, illness, loneliness and time slowly reshape the way we listen, speak and move through life.
The song follows that transformation without bitterness or judgment.
The world remains loud.
Cities continue to glow through the night.
People continue searching, laughing, chasing and trying to become something.
And still, somewhere inside the noise, peace can exist.
At the center of the song remains one simple line:
the noise goes on — and so do I.

Young hearts
Run so fast
Chasing echoes
They think will last
Neon lights
Against the rain
Trying hard
To leave a name
Voices rise
Through crowded bars
Laughing loud
Beneath the stars
Everybody
Wants to shine
Like the world
Might run out of time
The noise goes on
And so do i
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
The noise goes on
Beneath the sky
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
I used to stand
Where they stand now
Full of fire
Without knowing how
Thinking strength
Was being heard
Faster hands
And louder words
Life can humble
Any soul
Through the things
We cannot control
Empty rooms
And silent nights
Change the way
We see the light
The noise goes on
And so do i
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
The noise goes on
Beneath the sky
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
Now i listen
More than speak
There is wisdom
Inside the weak
Some people
Carry storms
And still remain
Kind and warm
I have seen
How quickly pride
Falls apart
When love has died
And how quiet
Hands can heal
More than words
That shout to feel
The noise goes on
And so do i
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
The noise goes on
Beneath the sky
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
Outside taxis
Flash and turn
Young eyes still
Search and burn
And i smile
Because i know
Every heart
Must find its road
The city moves
The night survives
Everybody
Lives their lives
Some chase noise
Some search peace
Both are part
Of being free
The noise goes on
And so do i
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
The noise goes on
Beneath the sky
Mmm mmm
Mmm mmm
